Slow/freezes even in safe mode, found obfuscator virus

    Wow I just followed Celthric's thread and he was completely right about the windows update. I removed it and everything works fine now!! I guess I'm in the clear with all the virus problems as well then. It's a terrible coincidence that Windows would issue a faulty update the day I get a virus.... I'm just glad that Celthric posted before I wiped my computer.
