I don't remember using this application; how do I find these programs? What kind of applications would I remove watermarks from?

Okay, it is in the same folder as tcp-z, which is linked to a program called universal theme patcher, which I used to change the appearance of windows. Not too sure what tcp-z is though. Apparently it's a tcp/IP half open connection limited patcher and monitor.
No, it's the iso that started everything.

Edit: sorry for the large font, I'm on my phone

Delete the .iso file . Yes Universal theme patcher is a program that allows you to use third party ( custom ) themes . Modifies 3 .dll files

Rerun ESET to see if it finds anything again.

    Then run MSE .

After you have ran the ESET . zip the following files

C:\Windows\Minidump\082213-30123-01.dmp <--- all files ending in .dmp
