    Trojan.exe

Hi again SevenForums, lately my PC started crashing more than ever, first I though that something was charging too much my PC but by opening TaskManager I found a "Trojan.exe" working there. So I downloaded and installed and updated the last TrojanRemover (6.8.8), run it normaly and "Safe mode" but the Trojan.exe it's still there. It's lazying on "C:\Users\Cristy\AppData\Local\Temp" folder, I ran a "%temp%" to delete anything but it's not working for it, can't be deleted, I took "Ownership" ... nothing, I took a look over the internet but I can't find anything to help me to get rid of it. With right click on it and scann with TrojanRemover 6.8.8 shows up a windows wich is frozen since it's changing the options from "Delete" to "Allow", I can see that but it's nothing I can do, so ... here I am again, this is the site that I ever solved my problems with my wds 7 situation, sory to posting here but I didn't found a related category for posting this.
Can I have your help again please?
Thanks anticipated, all my best !

Download and Run the free MalwareBytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) and do a full scan from the link below:
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer
when you set it up, uncheck the box that says "enable free trial" or something like that, so make sure your watching the install closely

Then download and run MalwareBytes Anti-Rootkit (MBAR) froom the link below:
    Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit

While those are running download TDSSKiller from the below link, when you open the program click preferances and check the box that says "Detect TDLFS Filesystem" and scan and remove whatever it detects with that :):
TDSSKiller Rootkit Removal Utility Free Download | Kaspersky Lab US

tell us if any of these remove the Trojan.exe :)

Also, run VIPRERescueScanner from the link below, start this first as it can take a long time to scan :)

    cristy73,

It is actually best to find out what the system is infected with, and then use a program to that applies to the situation.

Your best course of action is to start with the following:

Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
Select the version that applies to the system.

    Save to the Desktop.
    • Double-click the downloaded file to run it.
    • When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    • Press the Scan button.
    • FRST makes a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory from which the tool is run (Desktop).
Please provide the FRST.txt in your reply.

The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log: Addition.txt
Also post the Addition.txt in your reply. It will present a list of the programs that are installed on your computer, and any undesirables can be identified.

    Thanks!
