Comodo Defense+ and System

From about 2 days comodo frequently ask me if I want to block System that tries to modify/create a file or folder inside system32/Logfile (see attach for a screenshot). It doesn't say that is a malware, just that System is unknow.
I have already scanned my pc with a full deep run of avira and malwarebytes but they haven't find anything.
I have already asked on comodo forum, to understand if is a problem of CIS, but I would like to know if is normal that System try to do this kind of access.

COMODO System Cleaner Installation Issue
If I'm not mistaken, COMODO System Cleaner is a 64-bit program. However, the installer installs the program to the C:\Program Files (x86) folder, not the C:\Program Files folder by default.
