I sent a reply back to the email.

I told the customer support agent that I recognized 3 of the emails off-hand and request that all the others be blacklisted and replacement keys be sent to ME so I may hand them out manually.

Only emails I recognized off-hand were My own, Dinesh's and Serg's.

Didn't recognize your email, sorry. I did mention I would ask others.

PM me your email and I will add it to the list of confirmed ones.

    Alright everything is resolved now.

Whoever needs a new key (this includes Dinesh, Tews, Serg, v0id, and anyone else that wanted one) please PM me your email address, first, and last name. :)

Oh and for the record, email customer support is a lot more friendly and helpful then phone customer support.

MSE sounds somewhat promising and I want to look into it further when this Trend Micro Internet Security license expires in December.

But, who in their right mind, would want to have anything developed by Symantec (Norton) on their computer?

They've gotten better, just have a bad rep.

Hmm...well I'm willing to research Symantec's improvement but I'm still reluctant to their products.

Don't knock it till you try it, and judging by what you've said, I don't think you've tried NIS2010.
