Does anything seem off with this hijackthis report?

I was just wondering if anything is happening that shouldn't be. My computer was being super sluggish after starting stuff with Windows Media Center for the first time and it seemed like the Network Sharing service was taking up a LOT of resources, so I ended it and did a hijackthis scan.

Can someone tell me if it looks like I have a virus or anything?

    Thanks, Josh

Hi, Hijack This is still not compatible with Windows 7. So it may not give you the correct report. If you suspect that there's a virus on your computer, try scanning your system with Malware Bytes Antimalware and Free ESET Online Antivirus Scanner

HJT is compatible with Windows 7. It must be run as Administrator.... It will not be able to detect O23 services correctly on a X64 machine, but those of us who know the program can read it correctly.
