cant access my administrator

    Well you have looked at them both right? Okay so In the first video he writes net users right? An it says
    Administrator HisPcName and guest.... for me it's just administrator and guest... and in the other video so right click on cmd and runs it as a admin... and I can't do that cuz then I need to input the admin name and password

    no not yet should i? but ho i do that? do i shutdown my pc then start it up so its loading and then instant shutdown pc then chose run in safemode, run in safe mode with network or run in safe mode with comand prompt?

    well every time i get close to fix the things (even in safemode) and am going to save it it need the fcking admin rights and it makes me soooooo mad... :'( :'( :'( :'( ... pretend this... you are on your pc... and you are the ROOT admin... and someone makes a new acc on your pc makes it the admin and then removes all your administrator rights... so how much you try get it back you always need the main admin password to ether save the settings or when you open the program to change the acc settings... i cant even install anything... cuz i u could install programs i would have installed the admin rights giver that adds all the admin rights on your user....
