Anti Virus Pro Security issue

Hello,

I've been passed an acer laptop on with the Anti Virus Pro Security ransom ware on. i have removed these before using safe mode but this one seems to be a little more inventive.

when i log in in safe mode it boots me back out and restarts the laptop up in standard mode.
same with safe mode with networking and safe mode with command prompt.

tried to run system restore but again error message which are stopping me from running this.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove this virus? maybe through command prompt?

i've even tried taskkill in command prompt but to no avail.

I have Rkill ready and waiting to deploy once i find a way around this thing.

thanks... was just replying that i had inputted the activiation code from this exact page which allowed me to run malwarebytes. and remove the ransom ware.
