Which flash files should i add to EMET 4.0?
I currently see plashplayerplugin in my syswow64 folder in Macromedia. Should i just add that?

There's no need to add flash files to EMET. Flash is covered by adding the plugin containers for whatever browsers you are using into EMET. See the explanation here:
