    Save the .bat file to your desktop.

    Right-click on it, and choose 'Run as Administrator' - wait for it to finish.

    Find the ZIP file it creates on your desktop - upload that file here as an attachment.

    It isn't letting me upload the dmp files. There are three of those.

    ZIP the .dmp files and upload them then.

    Invalid File
    updatelog.txt:
    Your file of 1.20 MB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 1.00 MB for this filetype.


    Got the above error messages when trying to upload the other two files. There are five files it wouldn't let me upload in total.

    Do you know how to use a zip program to compress the files into a smaller .zip file?

    If so, zip the files and then upload them as explained in post # 16
