Glad to help!!
In some cases, like a ZeroAccess removal, the FRST folder will not delete manually.
Since that is the case, the following directive deletes the Quarantine folder of FRST.
Afterwards, the FRST folder deletes manually.
So, give this a whirl...
Please remove any fixlist.txt files from the Desktop.
Open Notepad, use the following content:
Save as: fixlist.txtCode:start DeleteQuarantine: end
Save to the Desktop
Run FRST and press: Fix
If successful, you should see the following in the fixlog.txt:
After the above result, try deleting the FRST folder.======== End of CMD: =========
C:\FRST\Quarantine => Deleted successfully.
Please post an update.
