This scanner is pretty liberal on what it identifies as adware and malware right? I ran the smart scan and this adware.win32.etugi comes up as medium risk adware but pretty certain it's something I use for work and not adware. It also has a registry key. Nothing else detected with that scan

Can you post the log that Emsisoft or what ever scan you ran, listed that?
