How can i remove any trace of installed flash memory from my registry in win 7? I want no body can find any flash memory's key in my registry.

Hi Welcome to Seven Forums .. It is never a good idea to mess with the Registry .. You could do more harm than good .. But if i may ask why do you want to remove these entries ? ...
What keys are you worried about? Is that a security concern?
The brute force approach would be to take a restore point before plugging it, and roll back to it once done, it should theoretically revert any changes made.
However, I don't think there is too much to worry about. What I'm sure it installs is the driver needed to access the drive, which might reveal details about its hardware, but nothing else. File lists and contents reside only in memory, which is cleared after you unplug, and completely deleted after reboot, I doubt there are any significant traces of it anywhere in Windows.
