A lot of stuff removed none the less
Step 1 > Uninstall SafeWeb adware program from your Windows Control Panel.

Step 2 > Remove SafeWeb Toolbar plug-in, toolbar, add-on, extension from IE/Firefox.

Step 3 > Run Malware scans to eliminate malicious file related to SafeWeb adware.

If this doesn't work, We can try Revo and see if that does the trick.

Did you remove it from the control panel too? You could also go into your program files as well as program files (x86) and manually removing the folders there if they are still present.
