Windows 10 Pro

Thank you for testing that-you beat me to it :)

Very interesting. Thanks for the information. So it looks like deleting or disabling makes no difference to non existent entries then. I'll most likely keep doing it though, it helps with my ocd

Anyways, nice to see that.

Doing it right now.
7 Hours and 24 minutes. A definite improvement over the last version, which was 11+ hours. This is still without the rootkit option selected.

I don't do Custom Scans all that often, but this is better than the 23+ hours the original scan took.

Windows 10 Pro/ Windows 10 Pro Insider

I haven't read this entire thread but am doing so now. I just downloaded it and scanned using custom scan and it was taking forever with ARK enabled so I cancelled it. I rescanned using custom with ARK enabled, but selected 1 drive at a time. It went quite fast doing it that way.

CHKDSK taking forever on 60 GB HDD.
i'm checking for errors on my secondary HDD and it's been stuck around the same spot for like forever (it's like 3 hrs into the error checking). B4 checking for errors, I already know that the HDD has a SMART event. If CHKDSK is taking forever, does it also mean that my HDD is gonna fail? EDIT:...

I just got a new laptop and after doing all the Windows and drivers updates, an annoying problem started. It wasn't anything serious, but I wanted to get rid of it. After failing to diagnose the problem I decided to use System Restore. I'm at the screen that reads "Please wait while your Windows...
