A better alternative to avast is panda,
But yes MSE and mabm premium is fine as wine used it for years,
Adwcleaner is not something you keep and use,
It needs to be uninstalled after use and re-downloaded to get a fresh copy,
But shouldn't be necessary to keep using,

This is better to use often,
    Temp files delete,
Run this as administrator and Start the scanner,
Shut your machine down after it finishes,

    And my personal favorite,

Removing temp files without knowing/understanding when to do so can potentially cause data loss that you cannot easily recover from. There are infections that move your data to the temporary file locations and if you just run a temporary file cleaner thinking you're going to have a better working system you may end up shooting yourself in the foot.

SUPERantispyware was an awesome product back in the day but isn't hardly worth talking about in terms of real security these days (IMHO).

Panda is okay but certainly no better than avast or avira (IMHO) and I'm not a big fan of all the Cloud stuff myself but more and more for good or bad people seem to want it or think they want it.
