What anti-virus are you using?
Im using kaspersky 2010 on this pc and Avast's new one on the other,no problem on either
Download Malwarebytes, update it, and boot into normal safe mode, run a full scan. If you can't download it in a normal Windows session, boot into safe mode with networking, and try.
o used malwarebytes to delete it then i ran norton
EDIT: yeah PCs fine now thanks for the concern evrybody
Malware bytes is great and has helped me successfully disinfect several machines (usually not mine). Another trick that sometimes is necessary when using malware bytes after getting infected is to rename the malware bytes .exe to something else like e.g. "tool.exe" because some malware has built in defenses that won't let you install or execute Mbam unless its .exe has been renamed. Something useful to remember if you ever have trouble installing or running malware bytes when you really need it.
