So you agree that there is something not right about these temp files? Did the previous scan you suggested not highlight anything?
I don't see any malware, but I noticed this on the last .txt log:

Will try that soon. Failing that I'm just going to do a full system restore and hopefully then get rid of whatever is chewing up my CPU! Starting to run slow... again. I bet this is some update from windows to make me upgrade.
I just ran it and it produced this. Don't know where this Found file is on my drive though...
Open command prompt, right click and choose to run as administrator > type or copy/paste
chkdsk c: /f /r
reboot.
Note that this will take lots of time so please be patient.
