    Hi Haroon,

    You dont need to

    just dissable the service windows Time

    control panel >> administration tools >> services >> windows time.

    Not sure if you will encounter any problems thou.

    There is no need for a bat file or anything. The actual requirement to change the system date/time is to be an administrator. Just make sure anyone not allowed to change it does NOT belong to the administrators group, and they'll get a nice "access denied" when they try to do so.

    This is unrelated to what's being asked. The time service implements an NTP client and is responsible to automatically synchronize time with a server, but the user is free to change the date on his own if he really wants, as long as he has permission to do so (must be an administrator).
