Looks good. A lot was wiped out. Run herdprotect again, and post new log after restarting the pc.

1.) Whats in your startup list? ( Yes I know you tried clean startup)

    Get ccleaner from here:

    https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard

Then install it. Make sure to uncheck any toolbars or things in the installer. (If there is any)

Then open ccleaner, go to tools-startup. Click save to text file and upload that here.

    2.)

Is your disk fragmented? Click type disk defrag then click the top result disk defragmenter. Choose to defragment all drives.

    3.)

Let see what else is going on here:

1.) Download malwarebytes anti malware found here:

    https://www.malwarebytes.org/

    Choose the Free version download.

2.) After it downloads, run the installation and install it.

    3.) After install, open malwarebytes.

    Choose to update now.

When your updated, you should see something like this in the screenshot:

4.) Then choose to run a scan after updates complete.

    5.)
After the scan completes, Remove anything found. Restart the computer.

6.) Open malwarebytes. Click the history button.

    Then Click on application logs.

Choose the latest scan log, and click the view button.

Click on the export button, then choose text file. Save it somewhere.

7.) Post your results by using the paperclip and upload the log.

Good job on trying to troubleshoot.

    Let's try something else:

    1.) Download RKill from here:

    Downloading RKill

2.) Save it to your desktop or downloads folder.

3.) Launch it by right clicking on it, and choosing run as administrator.

4.) Once opened you will see a black box that looks like this:

    Let it finish.

5.) When the tool finishes, it will create a log. Save and then upload the log here using the paperclip.

I would like you to scan with Hitman Pro.

1.) Download hitman pro here for your windows version and install it.

2.) Open hitman pro. Click next.

Read and Accept the license agreement, then checkmark the box and click next.

Choose to only run a one time with this computer and click next

The scan will start, wait until it completes, then click the save log button.

Choose a place to save it for upload later

    Close out of hitman pro.

Find the log file wherever you saved it and upload it using the paperclip
