What Graphics driver does HP offer for latest? I would not replace the one Win7 gave you unless it is more recent and after comparison you like it better.
I'm not sure how to tell which is the latest.
They all say (5) INTEL HIGH DEFINITION GRAPHICS DRIVER - except one of them.
The 4th one - sp61054 says AMD HIGH DEFINITION GRAPHICS DRIVER

In your browser, once you open each page hold the Cntrl key and use the _ or + keys or mouse wheel to fill the screen with the image. The browser will eventually remember most of your pages settings.

Really? O.K. Good to know. All these years...I never knew this.

The model extension would be helpful as some of the HP2000's have switchable graphics.

You could go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Device Manager\Display Adapter to see what you have. There you can check the properties for the driver presently installed, click on the Details tab for version and date.

Your other question, how many times can I use my product key? That depends on the license of the disk you're using. I read back, but couldn't tell exactly which way you went.

Did you use the ISO disk source in Greg's tutorial? Those can be used indefinitely as long as you have a legal product key.

We need the model extension number after HP2000-xxxx. Look carefully on the stickers on bottom.

    Elljay,

I took this off of a series 2000 laptop service manual so the layout should* be similar.

The sticker should be located in either of the areas I've indicated in red, By the way, make sure you keep the areas marked 2 clean and clear, they are vents, and designed to dissipate heat:

We would need all the numbers, and there is no concern of revealing any personally identifiable information if you post all five areas:

Thanks Anak. I am aware of the sticker. I wrote down all the info when I received my laptop.
I am aware of the vents also. I keep them clean. :) I have a cool platform rest that I use to set my laptop on. Sometimes I turn it upside down.

I got this message. No biggie I guess. I checked the key several times over. I ended up calling.
