What are you using to open that CMD prompt?
That X= shouldn't be there, it should read C:\ . We need to see what's on that drive. Follow this:
At that X= Command Prompt.
Type: diskpart, see if that CMD works, (I'm hopin', but with that X= there I don't think it will.)
If it works:
At the DISKPART prompt, type: list volume
Make note of the number of the simple volume whose drive letter you want to assign, change, or remove.
Take another picture here and post it in your next reply DO NOT go any further!
ICit2lol, have you ever seen anything like this CMD prompt??
