Malwwarebytes anti-exploit and A/V advice
I have just started using windows again, and am considering using malwarebytes anti-exploit along side my A/V program. I was wondering if this was advisable or if anyone had any advice?

I have been using MB Premium and NIS together for quite a while with no issues.......yet..
Well I'd suggest using it and if you have any issues - uninstall it.
Known issues are here:
Known Issues & Conflicts
So personally I don't use it - (MBAE) - It's stated that it doesn't work alongside Hitmanpro.Alert or EMET (I use both) and doesn't support all browsers - just the common ones. I use a few browsers and only one of those is supported.
If you're not using anything on the list - try MBAE
If you're using anything on the list that you can either remove or find an alternative to replace with - try MBAE
I've been using the paid version of Malwarebytes, Malwarebytes Anti-exploit, and Microsoft Security Essentials for 4 or 5 months with no indications of conflicts or issues of any kind.
Many thanks. I've installed it and can't report any issues.
I've been using MBAE for a while. I did notice when updating some programs, you need to turn it off. I saw this when I went to update VLC, it wouldn't allow it, so I had to turn MBAE off while running the update.
I see that's listed on the issues Callender posted. They suggest you exclude it, but I prefer just to turn it off while updating, & then back on.
There will probably be other programs in the future added to the list, so if you go to update something & it won't allow it, try disabling MBAE & see if that solves the problem.
