How to get rid of the extended unlimited virus/

Its not really a virus, but its really annoying. I am on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and when i boot, my computer has a command running in command prompt, which opens chrome to extendedunlimited.org. I am really mad about it too since my expensive antivirus cant find it and i cant do a system restore because i would loose too many programs in the process. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Maxie beat me to it. But I'll leave my suggestions as they are general advice.

You could first try running msconfig. Go to the StartUp tab and uncheck it if you find it.

If you can't find the command there try Autoruns. Uncheck it if you find it.
    Autoruns for Windows

Scan with Malwarebytes Anti-malware which is good at detecting and removing PUP - Potentially Unwanted Programs. They are not necessarily malicious but can be annoying causing pop-ups, changing browser start page etc.

I just tried what Tookeri told me and will reboot after all my downloads finish to see if it worked, but i am pretty sure it did.
