new HAO 123 virus in Chrome. How to remove?

Hello,

i have a HAO 123 virus in my Chrome browser. I also had one in Firefox. This one was easily removed when i followed some instruction videos on youtube.

Now this HAO123 virus is different and strange. It does not make a home page.
Just when i start Chrome it everytime opens 3 tabs...
Then the 3 tab is the HAO123 tab...

I removed Chrome. Did not work.
Removed it again with Revo uninstaller. Downloaded Chrome again. The same problem appeared..
Then i did it twice with IObit uninstaller. Also did not work.
Some how remains from Google stay on my labtop. Or maybe on a google server i dont know.
So even if I uninstall with extra force everything remains. Also my Google apps keep reappearing.
Like Pocket, Sidekick, etc..
Its like Google has left stuff on my labtop or in a cloud..

I dont know much about computers. I think the only solution to get rid of the virus is remove Chrome. Because in my other browsers there it does not appear.

Now how can I remove it completely? Both uninstallers do not work...
Does Google really have my data on a server and keep sending it back?
Is it something like cookies? Cant I delete these remains form Chrome?
