Kaspersky Pure 3.0 vs Windows Firewall

    Hello,
I have been using Kaspersky Security products along with Windows Firewall together. Should I disable Windows firewall? Yesterday I disconnected my television and its components including the cable box supplied by Comcast so that the carpet cleaning company can clean my carpets. Later, I discovered that I could not go on the internet. I ran trouble shooter and it indicated I may need to download a driver.
That advice is terrible; when I cannot get on the internet.
This has happen once before but I had forgotten what I did to solve it. So I pulled up control panel and did some searching and finally a message came up saying my firewalls have been disabled. So then I enabled both and was able to go on the internet. Can using both firewalls cause me problems ?

You should use only one anti virus, but you can use Malwarebytes in addition to an AV
You should have only one firewall. Using more than one can indeed cause problems.
