Windows 7: CA Security Center

CA Security Center

I installed Windows 7 last week and disabled the Windows Defender. I prefer to use the CA Security Suite. I keep getting messages that the Anti-spyware is not on. I then follow the link and have 2 choices to turn on either the Defender or CA. I choose CA of course but then a little later I get the same PC issues message again that anti-spyware programs are not active.

Can anyone tell me if there is a solution for this problem?

I just spent the last week trying to keep an internet connection for more than 3-5 minutes. I resolved that finally by going back to the Vista drivers for my Nvidia Ethernet card. So far I'm net too impressed with Windows 7. I had no issues with Vista from day one!

I have no idea whether CA antivirus is active on your machine or not. If it is active and you are getting a bogus warning, you can turn the warning off in Action Center.
