    Hello Kelly, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    You would have already needed to save your BitLocker recovery key to another location for safe keeping to be able to use it.

    If you did, then you can use the tutorial below that's for your OS or removable drive for how to know what recovery key to use from the recovery ID.
