    Yes, I did. I've got to find an antivirus for the desktop before it gets back. Panda will not scan right. I don't know if it has something to do with Windows 8 and 8.1 or not. I'll just leave Panda on the Laptops.

    So you Uninstalled Total Security ? ... Might be worth Investing in an Antivirus Program ...

    Mom probably won't want to, but I will see what I can do. She did agree to send the desktop back though since it's under warranty. She was upset that it is already giving her problems when we just bought it. I have my own banking account, but it's connected to hers. Maybe, she will let me purchase an antivirus program.
