    FireWall Settings won't open At Control Panel


    hi i have a problem with control panel when going to firewall settings it wont open and Computer Properites too please help

    Please download Farbar Service Scanner and run it on the computer with the issue.
    • Make sure the following options are checked:

      • Internet Services
      • Windows Firewall
      • System Restore
      • Security Center/Action Center
      • Windows Update
      • Windows Defender
      • Other Services
    • Press: Scan
    • When done, it creates a report (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
    Please copy and paste the FSS.txt in your reply.

    Nothing wrong with the Firewall showing there...

    Have you tried going to a previous Restore Point?
    System Restore


    If no change, need to see more information.

    Please use the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool.
    Download: Farbar Recovery Scan Tool Download
    Select the version that applies to your system.
    Save it to your Desktop.
    Double-click the downloaded file to run it.
    When the tool opens, click Yes to the disclaimer.
    Press the Scan button.

    When done, the tool makes a log, FRST.txt, in the same directory from which the tool is run (Desktop).
    Please provide the FRST.txt in your reply.

    The first time the tool is run, it also creates another log: Addition.txt
    Also post the Addition.txt in your reply.
