Panda has an option to detect PUPs.
Make sure it is enabled.
I can get on a system with Panda if you need screen prints.

What is Akamai NetSession Client? Some of that has to do with her school work. Autodesk, and DWG we cannot remove.

I use MBAM real-time and it has blocked PUPs from being installed.
I have Lifetime licenses.
MBAM 2 is now a subscription (annual fees) license.

I didn't find any lifetime licenses on Newegg, looks like they are sold out..
It looks like you can still get a lifetime license on Amazon.
