Can only open browsers as admin

Hi guys .... So I've got some problems. I originally started a thread in the network and sharing section because none of my browsers were connecting to the Internet, however it showed my Ethernet connection was connected, and other computers in the house were connecting just fine.

I did a whole bunch of troubleshooting and cleaning. At first I wasn't able to run malwarebytes because it said a dll was missing, and I couldn't even uninstall it due to a runtime error. I brought in ADWcleaner and the mbam cleaner from a thumb drive and ran those. I was able to reinstall malwarebytes do scans and remove a bunch of stuff ... Still no luck.

I did a startup repair ... No issues ... Tried in safe mode ... Couldn't connect ... And did a SFC scan .. Found some corrupted files and it fixed them.

Finally I cleared and reset all settings in chrome and Internet explorer making sure that the proxy settings were not enabled. However in chrome I for some reason can't change the proxy settings it's greyed out. I flushed the dns and did a ipconfig release and renew ... I FINALLY was able to connect to the Internet through browsers ... But I can ONLY do so if I right click and run as admin .....

    Any tips guys????

Wow nvm.... Looks like it works without running admin now. Went through allowed programs in firewall settings and disabled /removed some of them I didn't recognize like "browser air" and "crossbrowse" and I don't know what this is but "svchost.exe" and "windows maintainer". Also would like to mention I did do two system restores to different dates previously, didn't work. Gonna do another malware scan and sfc scan and hope it's all gone for good!
