    Suspected malware. Hijackthis log analysis

I have been having problems with suspected malware on my laptop which keeps trying to FTP into the web site servers I use. Naturally the servers block the attempts but then lock me out. The server company has been very helpful but we have come to the conclusion that there must be something in my laptop. However all checks I run are negative - Kaspersky full scan, Ccleaner, Spybot S&D, Windows Defender and Malware Bytes. I can't see anything suspicious (to my untrained eye) in Task Manager. I have created a Hijack this log but unfortunately don't have the skill to read it.

Is anyone willing to have a look? I'll attach it to a further post if there is!

    Many thanks for considering it.

Mmmm! As I suspect my problems are due to downloading a supposedly security type program I am loath to download another, especially when Ask Toolbar is a default installation. I am suspicious of programs that install more than I want!
Thanks anyway for the suggestion. I think I will use the blunderbuss approach and format and re-install. Then I am sure.
