UAC + "Unknown Publisher"

    I am looking on the internet and ran across this while trying to override this same message so I can run a program. I click on yes to allow but it doesnt do anything from go off the screen.     If its a file you downloaded, right-click it and go properties and then click the Unblock button, it shouldn't prompt you with the "Open File Security Warning" after that

    Hi,

    I am facing same kind of problem while launching the application.
    I tried the solution given here(bypass UAC for stanadard users).

    Here are the problems.
    1)First aof all normal user doesn't have permission to create task
    2)Even if I creadt the task with admin rights, the execution of sortcut doen't launch the application.
    It display a command promt and disappear suddenly.
