To gain access to that drive. You need to set yourself as OWNER. Its in the advanced security tab - but disable Inheritance before that. So disable inheritance, change owner, then repeat what you did. (adding your account, and giving full acess)

I had to this multiple times during my thread on Google Chrome open source virus.

The lock indicates that only one or less users have access to that item. Obviously, you are that user in this case, S00.

Simply grant another user or group some access right to the folders that have locks on them and they'll disappear. E.g. Try granting the Users group at least read access to each of the folders.

The F:\Education\education ulead9 folder does not have a lock icon on it because a parent folder (F:\Education) already has the lock.

To remove the lock icon on an item, grant the Users group read access, or better, to that item.

Optionally, you may choose to enable Inheritance on the item which will remove the lock too.

To enable Inheritance for a folder, tick the Include inheritable permissions from this object's parent box under the Advanced Security Settings for that folder.
