    explorer.exe corrupted?

Hey guys, I think I've got some kind of virus on my system.
I noticed the other day that explorer.exe in task manager was using quite
a bit of memory and cpu. At any time idling about 40% of my 8GB of ram is being used
and 25% of the cpu is being used (it says 25 under the cpu part of the process).
I looked around and it seems that this is usually caused by a virus. I have tried many things and haven't
    found a solution.
    What I have done:
Scanned with microsoft security essentials and malwarebtyes
ran tdsskiller and norton power eraser

i also went into windows command prompt and typed in SFC /SCANNOW.
it said it found errors but it couldnt fix some of them. so I know for sure something is wrong.

Also, something interesting. i peeked in the registry for explorer.exe and this came up.
    (pic attached)
that description can't be right. play and manage games on your computer? That sounds like a virus.
Anyways, let me know if you guys find anything. Thanks

For anyone reading this, i did a system restore, and set the date from about a week ago. it worked, since the problem just started yesterday.
