MBAM Free with Avira Free AV.
Windows 7 - MBAM free with paid F-Secure. I run weekly scans with MBAM along with SAS while F-Secure runs realtime.
Windows 10 - MBAM free with Defender. I may look at replacing Defender with F-Secure when W10 goes RTM.
I'm thinking about going MBAM Premium at some point, it's an excellent program I use often so only seems right that I pay for it.
MBAM Premium + MBAE Free + KIS (and SAS Free for tracking cookies) for both Win7/64 desktops.
MBAM Premium + MBAE Free + Sophos (and SAS Free for tracking cookies) for Win7/64 laptop.
(And MBAM-Mobile + KIS on my Android phones.)
IMPORTANT REMINDERS for anyone who might be voting for either of the first two options in the poll:
- MBAM Free provides no real-time protection -- it is only a manual, on-demand scanner.
- MBAM Premium does provide real-time protection against zero-hour and zero-day threats not targeted by an anti-virus, but it is NOT (and was never intended to be) a substitute for a robust anti-virus, either free or paid: Does Malwarebytes Anti-Malware replace antivirus software?
Cheers,
MBam Premium and Avira Internet Security Suite. Along with these, I have SAS and SpywareBlaster.
