    Csrss.exe problems

I was trying to turn off my computer and it wouldn't let me shut it down, so I tried to open my task manager and it wouldn't let me until I opened it with run. When I got into my task manager I saw some processes called csrss.exe which I read could be a trojan, and winlogin.exe and they weren't being ran from my user. I know these processes are natural windows processes, but I think they are some viruses disguised as those processes. When I tried to open file location it wouldn't let me, and they were still there after I did a virus scan, and malwarebytes scan. Also it seems they have affected my browsing speed where it is almost unbareable..Also it seemed to seperate my internet into 5 different processes in the task manager, which is weird.

Those are fine, they are not viruses. You have to open Task Manager with Admin rights to see the details for those processes.

Ok, I thought that might be the case. When I tried to open them in safe mode it worked, so that makes sense. My PC run speed is another issue I guess, I'll post about it in some other area if the issue persists. Thanks for the reply.

The csrss.exe file is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. In other cases, csrss.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm! Virus with same file name: Nimda.E
csrss.exe Windows process - What is it?

The winlogon.exe file is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. In other cases, winlogon.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm! Virus with same file name: W32.Netsky.D
winlogon.exe Windows process - What is it?
