Removal of virus has blocked internet. PLEASE PLEASE HELP

restore your computer to factory or clean install windows

you also need a quality antivirus, try avast it is free and works great

No offense, Opti, but I've seen this issue solved without wiping everything on the computer. That will be my absolute last resort.

ok nevermind then sometimes a system restore will do the trick

Restore was the first place I went. It didn't work and I am still dead in the water.
