How to stop pop up ad virus like "ad.adsmatte.com & Your ad exchange"?

    Sir ,
Thanks in advances for reading this thread

I am frustrated in recent past with annoying ad popup. All other web information available on pop up ads didn't work in my case. Every first click on a website is opening a new tab with this http address "" ad.adsmatte.com/sh.aspx?f=popup-u&h=66faa622bb39383ffc090d30bb23db41 "" and end up with an annoying ads on the page and disturb my work

please help me to resolve this ad virus

Download and scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free (doesn't hurt to start the Premium Trial)

    Which browser are you using?

Check start page in individual browser's settings.

Also try to run the browsers from their exe files in Program Files/Program Files(x86) - the desktop shortcut to start them can be modified.

ADWCleaner is an excellent tool, also free, and may find a few things MalwareBytes has missed. Be cautious, there are fake versions of ADWcleaner out there, get it from bleepingcomputer.com
