    Try running these

    Scan with Kaspersky TDSSKiller:
    Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
    Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
    ESET online scanner:
    Free Virus Scan | Online Virus Scanner from ESET
    Free Online Virus Scanner | ESET
    Superantispyware
    SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!

    It could be ransome ware. Right now, they want your credit card number and in your computer. If that doesn't work soon it will completely lock up your computer completely.

    Hi yea try using safe mode with networking to download the scanners,
    Then run them,
    Boot normally and run them again,

    Safe mode with networking,
    Shut down your machine, Unplug-Hold the power button downfor 30/45 seconds (Power Drain)
    Power up and Tap the F8 key continuously until you see ablack page with white text,
    Use the down arrow key to toggle to safe mode withnetworking/ hit the enter key.
    Login as usual

    I would also run adwcleaner if you haven't already,
