Bitdefender AV .exe file appcrashes in new Windows7 Ultimate Laptop

    Hello
this is a weird problem-- my Bitdefender AV installer file crashes in my other Laptop running Windows 7, but it runs ok in my previous Windows 7 laptop (quite suspicious !!)

is this some kind of virus attack?
Also to mention -- I've just went through "runouce.exe" virus removal procedure using ComboFix, TDSSKiller !! (is this something to do here?)
How to solve this problem? is there any good tool to restore my .exe files back to its previous working condition in my new laptop?

the tool to restore your computer to a previous working state is built in, you will want to use system restore.

Rename the installer to "explorer.exe", or, "notepad.exe", then try again....

You might also try MB's JRT, which will terminate known junk/malware apps, potential problems....
