    need help

Hi, It's been awhile since I've been on the site, please forgive my ignorance. Computer is acting up a little. I would like to clear up any issues before I attempt to d/l W10. I am currently running W7. I know Community Feedback forum is gone. Is there a 'new' site I can go to so someone can look at my logs and advise?
    Thanks in advance

When going onto internet, I get the following popup windows:
Installer exe is not a valid win12 application.
    &
Windows can not find 'C':'\users\steve\appdata\local\browser extensions\client.exe

I have no idea what these mean.
Otherwise, the computer is running ok

Is your antivirus picking up anything unusual? This is probably caused by malware.Run a scan asap!

    Hi,
    Thanks,
    Use Clean boot,
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Click Start and type in the search box,
    msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
    Repeat the screen shots,
See the links above my signature on how to take and upload screen shots here,
    Cheers.

    ThrashZone,

Some forum members have setup their profile not to see the signature area.

Since the OP has not been here in a while, the OP might have forgotten that setting.
