This is off your 1st screen shot of programs
These are all third party programs
Sadly it's not all of them
But to be clear all of them probably came with an entry that the scanners picked up as malicious.

@ skostro, please download tfc by old timer tfc - temp file cleaner by oldtimer download - geeks to go forum and save it to your desktop.

Save any unsaved work. Tfc will close all open programs including your browser! This will also eliminate all desktop shortcuts, so just be aware!
Using vista/windows 7, right-click on the file and choose run as administrator.

Click the start button to begin the cleaning process and let it run uninterrupted to completion.

    Had this stop the scan:
    Will try again.

important! Manually reboot the machine to ensure a complete clean.

If you would be kind enough to list all of them, I will review them and delete as necessary.
    Thanks again.

You might as well put 1 to good use,
    CCleaner - Delete Junk Files

Tell us if you're still having problems ... there are more steps to do, even 'if' you aren't

    I agree
Steps I would take next is to reset all of your browsers
Reset Google Chrome to default settings (GUIDE)

Don't forget to Check the box to Delete personal settings here,
    Internet Explorer - Reset

I didn't notice any other browsers installed.

    Computer is running smoother.
The stuff (popups) that I was getting, are gone (see my post #12).
I'm going to do the chrome & ie clean up now.

    Reset both browsers.
    Anything else?
I would like to rid myself of some of the 'third party' programs, but some I have no idea what they are or what they do.
    Thanks
