    rundll32.exe crazy bandwidth usage

so my problem is as follows a couple days ago i installed a fresh windows and immediately i was able to tell something is wrong .

my ping was crazy high for some reason so i ran a couple Anti malwares to see what is going on . I ran mbam , ESET online , rouge killer and all gave nothing .

so i decided to check my resource monitor and that is when i saw rundll32.exe having really weird ips under it
here is a screen shot of it : Screenshot by Lightshot

so i decided to block rundll32.exe in firewall but everything i do so it creates new entry that is allowed on the firewall ( i have both the 32 and 64 rundll32.exe blocked).

here is a screen shot of my firewall :
    prntscr.com/8l83of

and this one showing rundll32.exe using my bandwidth for some reason

i dont know what is going on but i would appreciate any help

    Not again

All windows OS's are currently experiencing major delays in updating Re-installed systems, hence the massive bandwidth usage, suggest you leave it running overnight, even that might not be long enough.

Your not the only one with this

I hate to state the obvious, but, after a fresh reinstall you will have several GB of Windows updates awaiting you, plus, 2.8 GB of Win10 waiting as an optional update...

Guess when those updates are served to you?

When you are online, connected to internet...
