    Yes, although I didn't restart after I uninstalled it since it didn't ask me to.

    I didn't really like that Panda program so I gave MSE another try, but it still got stuck. I have malwarebyte pro and the free version of Super anti-spyware. Do you all think that might be enough?

    That's true :) I never got the pro version of panda (low on funds) the free version got kinda annoying with the popup reminders.

    With the free version if you turn off News in the settings it is ultra quiet.

    I believe I already said how to remove Panda news on prior posts.
    General settings all the way at the bottom Uncheck it.

    I also said you do not have to associate an email account with Panda either just choose Later on the popup message after opening Panda.
