Thats the norm for FF updating Flash.
I'd be more worried that my Email redirected me, when you opened an attachment.

    Hi,
I'd be more concerned Firefox prompted inside your email account to do a flash player update :/
    What's next while you're banking ?

Could the download address of https://seefed3db.biz be questionable?

I just Googled it and got a lot of strange things.

it was not from clicking on an email attachment.
I was selecting email from the menu level moving them to the trash folder.
I assume it was thru one of the dozen's of rotating advertisements that's displayed on the page.
Pretty sure i did not accidentally click on one of the ads.
