It's getting annoying, and if I allow it, svchost.exe will max out the CPU.

    Hi,
Yep been a pretty popular topic high or maxed cpu caused by svchost.exe

About all I can say or recommend is install the latest Net framework 4.6.1 & the newest March update client
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=49982
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3138612
After the new client is installed hurry up and wait for it to do it's thing.
