Unknown aplication using 80%CPU or more - all the time

I opened TASK MANAGER the other day and saw that I have an aplication that is using CPU 80% or more all the time. Aplications name is qhylioo.exe. I hit OPEN FILE LOCATION and the aplication is situated in in C: \ Program Data .
    I searched google nothing poped
I ended the task but after a simple restart the aplication is back on
Is this a bad aplication ? how do I remove it? ( yes I have antivirus instaled - Microsoft Security Essentials , I scaned my PC - no viruses )
Can anyone please help me ?

    Thank you.

A file's name can be anything. Your description describes something persistent. But its intent has not yet been established.

Send the file to VirusTotal.exe for an evaluation scan.

When completed, please post the URL only with the scan results. Please do not copy/paste the results tabs in a reply.

In the meantime, does the system have any other fully installed, full-time security applications running besides MSE?

For the benefit of others, it is always in good form to describe the exact malware found and what utility you used to resolve the issue.

It may also be a great opportunity to openly discuss what you should do to forbid that attack vector in the future.

But that's all strictly voluntary now.

I used : AdwCleaner, CCcleaner, Microsoft Support Emergency Response Tool, Junkware Removal Tool and Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool. I also attached the print screen with the file. But I dont have the report of the bug from the scan I did on this site : VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner . it just said its malware and its not a really big threat but it can become one and its recomended to be removed. So I stoped it from Task Manager and then deleted the folder from Program Data then scaned with all 5 tools I previously mentioned and cleaned all the traces it left.
I hope it helped. thank you again.
