You might want to get a local computer person, or someone here, to walk you through making a Puppy Linux usb or dvd boot, with both an anti-virus and an anti-malware program to run. I'm at school, cannot walk you through it.

Did you press F8 and try to reinstall Win from the recovery partition on your laptop?

If your system has been infected with virus (specially by "many virus"), then you need to reformat, no matter what. That's the only way to get rid of them for sure (most times).

You'll need to backup whatever data it contains with an external OS, then do a clean install and start from a known-clean state. Otherwise there is no way of ensuring that the system is really clean.

Sad reality, I know, and very inconvenient sometimes, but that's the price to pay for a safe system.

    Hi,
    Check this out
Lucid Puppy way to recover files from a non-bootable computer

Backing up personal files is as easy as
Having space on another removable device like a large flash drive
Then just copy and paste them to the device.

Burn a copy of Windows 7 to a USB and COMPLETELY wipe all drives and re-install. If you have some necessary data back them up to an external disk by booting into any Linux distro of your choice.
